Step 1
Prepare the ingredients. start with crashing the biscuits in a separate bowl and set aside. Next wash the fruid and pat dry with a paper towel
Step 2
Make a biscuit base with three teaspons, then a dollop or two of youghurt. Repeat till the glass is full and and the berries and bits of crashed biscuits.
French Toast
Ingredient
3 thick slices of bread
2 eggs
3 spoons of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup margarine (you can use oil
Method
Step 1
Mix the egg and vanilla (I added salt but you can add a spoonful of sugar if you have a sweet tooth) in a bowl. Melt a spoonful of the margarine in a frying pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Take one slice of bread and dip it in the egg on one side then the other making sure it is evenly coated on both sides.Let the egg drip off from the side for a few seconds
cook the bread slice for about 2 minutes (until it turns a golden browned) and repeat for the remaining slices
Chow Mein (Stir Fried Noodles)
Ingredient
500g cubed pork tenderloin
200g dried medium noodles
Chow mein sauce ingredients: 4tbs oyster sauce, soy sauce and brown sugar
3 garlic cloves, very thinly sliced
1 tbs ginger thinly slices
25g of assorted vegetable
Method
Step 1
In a small mixing bowl, combine ingredients for chow mein sauce: oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and chicken broth. Set aside. Then cook the noodles according to package instructions, set aside.
Step 2
Heat a large wok or pan. Add a bit of oil to the pan and toss in the pork and cook pork until it’s golden brown. Remove from work add work and toss in the ginger and garlic. Add veggies and saute for a few minutes until veggies are slightly softened.
Step 3
Toss in the cooked noodles and pour the sauce right on top. Cook for about 2 minutes.Remove from the heat and serve hot
